Personal Off-Ice Hockey Instruction
Players are trained through off-ice drills designed to improve balance, strength, agility, and acceleration. Exercises consist of plyometrics, resistance, high intensity interval training, sprints, and other strength and conditioning drills.
Players are also instructed in a series off-ice puck handling drills that stress on control, soft hands, keeping your head up, and listening skills. Drills are not copyrighted so players are encouraged to take them home and repeat over and over :D
